Information Clause, including the Right to Withdraw Consent
(for individuals whose personal data is processed based on consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we inform you that:
- The controller of your personal data is Kobi Light Limited Liability Company headquartered at ul. Boya-Żeleńskiego 2, 35-105 Rzeszów, Poland, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001016732, with a share capital of PLN 100,000 (fully paid), NIP 8133499669, REGON 180227103, and BDO registration number 000003217.

- The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., your voluntary consent.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by sending a request to us via email, letter, or telephone. If the consent is withdrawn before we respond to your inquiry, a response will not be provided.
- The recipients of your personal data will be entities providing services related to the delivery of our newsletters and those managing the Controller’s email server.
- The Company does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country. However, should such a necessity arise in the future, you will be informed accordingly.
- Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
- You have the right to:
- Access your personal data,
- Request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your data,
- Object to the processing of your data,
- Request the transfer of your data.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe the processing of your personal data violates the law.
- Providing your contact details is voluntary but necessary to send you information.
