Right of withdrawal from the contract

MODEL INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL
 

Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you acquire possession of the goods (or the last of the goods, in cases where the contract covers multiple items) or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Store (Kobi Light Limited Liability Company, ul. Boya Żeleńskiego 2, 35-105 Rzeszów, email: sklep@kobi.pl) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the withdrawal form template provided by the Store, although it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you may complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically via our website sklep.kobi.pl. If you choose this option, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notification on a durable medium (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us promptly and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
