  1. The administrator of personal data of customers who are natural persons is Kobi-Light Limited Libility Company , headquartered in Rzeszów, ul.   2. Personal data of customers may be processed by the Administrator for the purposes of:
    • Executing contracts related to the provision of electronic services (account management) and sales agreements entered into with the Store (if applicable), as well as actions prior to entering into such agreements.
    • Direct marketing of the Store's services, including sending customers information about the Store's products, promotions, and the latest offers (if the customer has given consent).
    • Handling inquiries, processing requests, and providing responses.
  3. The legal basis for data processing is:
    • Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract for electronic services or a sales agreement.
    • Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR: Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations of the Store (e.g., archival obligations).
    • Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR: Processing is necessary for establishing, asserting, or defending claims and for the legitimate interest of the Store in direct marketing, communication with customers, and business operations.

Personal data used for marketing purposes will be processed until an objection is raised.
  6. Customers have the right to:
    • Access their data,
    • Request rectification, deletion, or restriction of data processing,
    • Data portability.
  7. Customers also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if they believe their personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
  8. Providing personal data for the purpose of marketing the Store's services is voluntary. However, providing data necessary for the execution of a contract is essential, and failure to do so may prevent the contract from being concluded or performed. Providing data for communication purposes is also voluntary but required for effective contact.
